These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and p92pkr governing your use of the platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, betting activity, and all other services offered to Pakistani players through p92pkr.net. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

Each individual may hold only one p92pkr account, verified against their Pakistani CNIC. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all balances forfeited. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
p92pkr services are exclusively available to individuals aged 21 years and above. Players who provide false age information will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds will be withheld pending investigation.
All promotional bonuses at p92pkr are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of each offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. p92pkr reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through abuse or misrepresentation.
All withdrawal requests require completed KYC identity verification. p92pkr may request CNIC, proof of address, and payment method documentation before processing withdrawals. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
Fraud, collusion, system abuse, chargebacks, and use of automated betting software are strictly prohibited. p92pkr reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which p92pkr holds its operating licence. By accepting these Terms, Pakistani players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable regulatory authority for dispute resolution.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1.1 Access to real-money services on p92pkr is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
2.1.2 p92pkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a Player is found to be under the minimum age requirement, their Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned after deducting any costs incurred by p92pkr in connection with the investigation.
2.2.1 To register an Account, you must provide your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and a secure password. All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete.
2.2.2 You must not register using false, fictitious, or borrowed personal information. p92pkr may, at any time, require documentary evidence to verify the information provided during registration.
2.2.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one p92pkr Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
2.3.1 The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on p92pkr:
3.1.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. p92pkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.1.2 You must notify p92pkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. p92pkr may temporarily suspend an Account while investigating a reported security breach.
3.1.3 You must not share your Account login credentials with any third party. Account sharing — allowing another individual to access or operate your Account — is prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
3.2.1 p92pkr operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. Before processing any withdrawal, p92pkr requires the Player to submit: a copy of their valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of the payment method used for deposit, and any additional documentation p92pkr reasonably requests in accordance with its anti-money laundering procedures.
3.2.2 p92pkr reserves the right to suspend deposits and withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. Delays in submitting required documentation may result in extended processing times.
3.3.1 An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as Inactive. p92pkr will notify the Player via their registered email address and mobile number prior to imposing any inactivity fees.
3.3.2 Following the notification period, p92pkr may deduct a monthly inactivity fee of PKR 200 from the Inactive Account's Real Money Balance, provided the balance remains above zero. When the balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed. Accounts with a zero balance at the time of classification as Inactive will be closed without notification.
4.1.1 p92pkr accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, NayaPay, USDT (TRC20 network), and credit or debit cards where applicable. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.1.2 All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
4.2.1 The minimum single deposit at p92pkr is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits are determined by the Player's account verification tier and the selected payment method. Players may set their own voluntary deposit limits through the Account Settings panel; such limits take immediate effect when reduced and are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
4.3.1 JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to the Player's Account within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within two hours for fully verified accounts. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations. p92pkr is not liable for delays caused by the payment network or the Player's bank.
4.3.2 p92pkr does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are entirely the responsibility of the Player.
5.1.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn; only winnings generated from Bonus Balance after satisfying applicable wagering requirements may be converted to Real Money Balance and subsequently withdrawn.
5.1.2 All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. p92pkr reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory documentation is provided.
5.2.1 Withdrawal requests are processed via the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the withdrawal limits of that method. p92pkr processes verified withdrawals within the following timeframes: Silver tier members — same business day; Gold and Platinum tier members — within two hours; Diamond tier members — within 60 minutes of submission.
5.2.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits are determined by the Player's VIP tier and are published in the p92pkr Rewards programme terms.
5.3.1 p92pkr reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending an investigation into potential fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other violations of these Terms. In such cases, p92pkr will notify the Player and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution. Players will not be charged for investigations that conclude in their favour.
6.1.1 All bonuses and promotional offers provided by p92pkr are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, validity periods, and game contribution rates communicated at the time the offer is made. These specific terms supplement and form part of these general Terms and Conditions.
6.1.2 p92pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's Account will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
6.2.1 Wagering requirements specify the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings may be converted to Real Money Balance. Where a specific wagering requirement is not stated, a default requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
6.2.2 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10% of each wager; sports bets at minimum odds of 1.5 contribute 100%; slots contribute 100% unless otherwise stated. 6.3.1 p92pkr employs automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, registering multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, and coordinated exploitation of promotional structures across multiple players. Where bonus abuse is detected, p92pkr reserves the right to void all bonuses and related winnings and permanently close the offending Account.
7.1.1 p92pkr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where: the bet exceeds the applicable stake limits for the market; the odds offered were the result of a manifest error; or the event is subject to a suspicious betting pattern investigation.
7.1.2 All bets are accepted subject to the availability of the selected market. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability and may be suspended by p92pkr during significant in-play events such as wickets in cricket, goals in football, or referee stoppages.
7.2.1 A bet may be voided by p92pkr in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the required minimum play threshold is met; the bet was placed on a market that was offered erroneously; or the outcome of the event is affected by an event of force majeure. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance in full.
7.3.1 p92pkr is not liable for and reserves the right to correct any manifest error in odds, including prices that are clearly incorrect relative to the true market price. Bets accepted on manifestly erroneous odds may be voided or settled at corrected odds at p92pkr's discretion. p92pkr will notify affected Players of any such corrections within 24 hours.
8.1.1 All casino games offered on p92pkr — including live dealer games and RNG slot games — are provided by licensed third-party software developers and are independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are publicly disclosed within each game's information panel.
8.1.2 Live dealer games use physically randomised outcomes — real card decks, real roulette wheels, and professionally trained dealers operating from licensed studio environments. p92pkr does not control, manipulate, or influence live game outcomes.
8.2.1 In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game during an active wagering session — including but not limited to a game freeze, disconnection, or system error — p92pkr will review available server-side game logs to determine the correct resolution. Where logs confirm an incomplete game round, the Player's stake will be returned. Where logs confirm a completed game round, the result will stand.
8.2.2 p92pkr is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side. Players using unstable connections — including congested Pakistani mobile networks during high-traffic periods — do so at their own risk.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on p92pkr and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 p92pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, accessible through the Account Settings panel.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission. During an active self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and p92pkr will not send any promotional communications to the Player.
10.3 Players who identify signs of problematic gambling behaviour in themselves or others are encouraged to contact p92pkr's responsible gaming support team or visit the dedicated Responsible Gaming page for further information and resources.
10.4 p92pkr staff are trained to identify indicators of problem gambling and may proactively contact Players whose account patterns suggest distress. Such contact is made in a supportive and confidential manner.
11.1 p92pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
11.2 p92pkr will not sell or otherwise transfer your personal data to unrelated third parties without your explicit consent, except where required to do so by law, regulatory obligation, or fraud prevention purposes.
11.3 Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting p92pkr support. Deletion requests will be processed subject to p92pkr's legal obligations to retain certain records under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
12.1 All content on the p92pkr Platform — including but not limited to the p92pkr brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text content, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of p92pkr or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 No content from p92pkr may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of p92pkr. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p92pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
13.2 p92pkr's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, regardless of the nature of the claim.
13.3 p92pkr shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, acts of government or regulatory authority, natural disasters, or civil unrest.
14.1 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting p92pkr customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance in the Account will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method following completion of any pending investigations and deduction of applicable fees.
14.2 p92pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, provided false registration information, or engaged in fraudulent or otherwise prohibited conduct. In such cases, p92pkr may withhold the Account balance pending investigation.
14.3 Upon termination of an Account — whether voluntary or imposed — these Terms continue to apply to all prior transactions and any obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
15.1 Any Player who has a complaint regarding the p92pkr Platform, a specific transaction, or a game outcome should first contact p92pkr Customer Support via live chat or email. p92pkr will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within five (5) business days.
15.2 Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support, the Player may escalate the matter to p92pkr's disputes resolution team. Formal escalation requests must be submitted in writing and include the Account ID, a description of the issue, and all relevant transaction references.
15.3 p92pkr's decision on any dispute is final, subject only to the Player's right to seek independent dispute resolution through the applicable regulatory authority.
16.1 p92pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via their registered email address and via a prominently displayed notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
16.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
